Fall wedding

This was our first fall wedding and I love it. This was a wonderful couple. We had a couple that ordered not just the wedding cake but also the grooms cake, well two more cakes. One cake was a truck cake, the second cake was a old feed mill and of course a beautiful wedding cake with gum paste flowers in fall colors. The cakes were covered in fondant. The wedding cake was a cannoli cake and other two cakes were lemon cake with a raspberry fillings.

Teddy Bear Cake

This cake was for the first birthday for one very cute little boy. I really like how this cake came out. The colors were darker but they go very good together.

Homemade bread

Ingredients

• 1 lb flour 
• 1 tbsp sugar
•  salt
• 1 bag of yeast
• 1/2 cup of lukewarm water
• oil

Directions:

1. First get your yeast ready, pour one bag of yeast in the glass, add a little sugar and 1/2 cup of lukewarm water and leave in a warm place for about 10 minutes.
2. Use large bowl, and add in the sifted flour, add salt and yeast and mix with remaining water.
3.  Let it rise in a warm place.
4. Then make any form you like (round,oval,hamburger buns)  and place in greased mold.
5. Before baking, place the dough rise once more.Cut it with a knife if you want, and place in preheated oven at 390 ° F (200 C) and bake for about 10 minutes, then reduce to 350 ° F (170 C) and bake for another 35 minutes, or until done.
